My intuition was correct!

I see from the recently released minutes of the 13th September 2010 meeting that I was right in forecasting, in my blog on Friday, the Secretive Special Town Meeting was about the Xmas Lights incident. Not much to add. The minutes are not very enlightening.

What was enlightening was when the minutes were published in pdf.

The date when the pdf was created 1st November 2010 was 6 weeks after the actual meeting. Hardly transparent! But that is not all. I thought I would see when the original Agenda pdf and found it was created 

10 days AFTER the meeting.
