District Wide - Another missed opportunity

The Conservative run HDC has produced a well presented District Wide magazine. The missed opportunity is yet again not to inform the public over the bad way the HDC finances are in. Consequently, this means there is nothing to inform the reader that massive cuts are due.

Indeed there is nothing about the closure or transfer the Public Conveniences. Otherwise I feel it is a good read on promoting the activities of HDC.
