As I've pointed out before the ludicrous idea of having a cinema on the car park behind Lidl will cause noise problems. Not only with the traffic of people in and out of the cinema but even in this hot weather the air-conditioning will be going mad to keep the customers cool.
What of the local residents. If one resident has a problem with a couple of people of making a noise, what will happen when the cinema kicks out at 1am in the morning.
Some of our local councillors put in a large number of objections over the Super Clinic. I doubt they would do the same hatchet job over the cinema.
If there is a problem with noise keeping families awake at midnight, this will only be exacerbated with a cinema. This is the wrong place for a cinema but the local political elite are so hell bent on this cinema all reason is thrown away.
