There is another Conservative stealth tax on the way!

In recently released minutes of the Overview and Scrutiny Social Well-being Panel held on 7th September 2010, there is a minute on Enhanced Cleansing Services - Proposal for Market Towns.

This minute says that enhanced Sunday cleaning will only now only be considered as part of the review into the whole cleansing service.

The panel received assurances that this would only happen after appropriate discussions with the Town Councils. This means money from the Town Councils.

To pay for "enhanced services" the Town Councils will have to pay and they will only do this by raising their part of the Council Tax. This is another Conservative Stealth Tax on St Neots!
