Cleaning row could see end of boot sales

Who should clean up after car boot sales? That is the basic question that is taxing the Conservative run HDC and Liberal Democrat run St Neots Town Council. The operator must be responsible for returning the land back to its previous condition. If this is costing HDC money then this must be covered by the operator. If the only reason the car boot sales are making money is because HDC is paying for the clean up then the car boot profits are being subsidised by HDC. Taxpayers are therefore footing the bill. This is wrong

I feel the Liberal Democrats are on a bandwagon attacking the Conservative run HDC for every cut and increase charge. What I am want to know is what the Liberal Democrats is what they would do instead?
