I thought I would have a say on the car parking charges. I went to the HDC webpage to try and make my comments. I found this page.
I tried to download the Car Parking consultation documents. I got this message:
So I can't read these documents. Not a very good consultation. I then looked to see if everything else works and I tried the e-mail link. I got this message:
Our Councillors and Political Parties are very quiet in St Neots. Lets gee them up.

The proposed charges have been advertised in the local press. The charges are also on the HDC website.

But there is no link to comment via your link. This is a bad service by HDC which should check their links before publishing!
